Daily: Ask One More Question
A small instruction for the people you talk with today.
In one conversation today, before you say what you were going to say, ask one more question of the other person.
Anything honest. What was that like? Then what happened? What do you wish someone would do?
You will find a thread you would otherwise have missed. They will leave the conversation feeling slightly more real to themselves, and so will you.
That is a kindness. Costs nothing. Lasts.
