Daily: Sit With Your Tea Until It Cools
A small refusal of urgency.
The tea is too hot to drink. Most days you would set it down and check something on your phone while you wait.
Today, sit with it. Watch the steam. Hold the cup, if it isn't burning. Notice how slowly hot tea cools.
When it is cool enough, drink it slowly. Notice you arrived at this cup of tea unhurried.
That is rare. That is the practice.
